Hard Out - Full Series

Television (Full Length Episodes) – 2003

In this pacy 2003 teen series, goofy skaters Jeff (Ben Castles) and Noodle (Victor Barlow) meet the Neo Corporation conspiring to take over their neighbourhood. The only ones to suspect Neo's nefarious plot, the duo must resist alien mind control, save the town and stop the skate park from being turned into a mega-mall. Writer and executive producer Greg McGee (The Brokenwood Mysteries) described the two main characters as "junior Dumb and Dumber," which he says appealed to the target audience, alongside the skate stunts performed by two top Kiwi skateboarders, Kevin Francis and Brett Chan.
