This edition of the National Film Unit’s newsreel series features three stories. In Wellington, a fashion show — attended by Prime Minister Keith Holyoake — showcases on trend New Zealand styles to visiting Australian clothing suppliers. Finally, the Osbourn family, with toddler in tow, criss-crosses the country in a caravan with their road-marking business, while Mum still manages to keep on top of the housework.
