Serving up prime examples of how to bowl the variety of different balls available to a fast bowler, the video includes some Hadlee bowling highlights. Also appearing are fellow cricketers Mark Burgess, Ian Smith, and John Wright, who offer their expert insight into batting, wicketkeeping and captaincy respectively.

...the match I'll always remember was the second test against India in Bombay. We weren't expected to win the match and conditions didn't really suit us, and we looked like losing that match on two or three occasions and the guys held together for five days. It was a tremendous team effort. It was a great thrill.
– New Zealand cricket captain John Wright, on one of his most memorable matches
