Making New Zealand

Television, 2014–2019

Documentary series Making New Zealand chronicled the history of Aotearoa, through developments in infrastructure, industry and technology  or as the publicity put it, "telling the stories and struggles of our predecessors who built New Zealand from the ground up". Made by Wellington production company Top Shelf, the show enjoyed three seasons and two stand-alone episodes. Making New Zealand debuted in May 2014 on Prime. Across 14 episodes and three seasons, it covered a wide array of industries, including rail, roads, aviation and agriculture, utilising archive footage and interviews.
