About
In 2015 director Jason Lei Howden splattered onto the scene with his acclaimed horror romp Deathgasm. In 2019 he secured Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe for the lead in Guns Akimbo, a "hyper violent", American-accented comedy shot in downtown Auckland and Munich. Gloomy internet troll Miles (Radcliffe) angers the controllers of Skizm — a gun-toting, live-streamed fight to the death. The Skizm crew seek Miles out, bolt guns to his hands and force him to fight. Guns Akimbo had its world premiere at the 2019 Toronto International Film Festival.
