About
Children’s imaginations take centre stage in this series, where stories dreamed up by young writers were brought to life by grown-up performers. Each episode presented three short films, with scripts penned by children aged fifteen years old or under. In these excerpts, stories range from superhero crime-busting adventures in Superduperhuperman, to an epidemic-struck New Zealand in The Last Survivors, and a sentient mould monster terrorising suburban housewives in The Mould. The first season was directed by Peter Sharp, and hosted by actors Ilona Rodgers and Selwyn Crockett. Read Sharp's memories of the show here, and the full guide to excerpts can be found here.
