Activists are under the microscope in this episode. From marching in opposition to war in Iraq, to a peaceful protest against student fees, the assumed complacency of the average Kiwi is challenged. Presenter Pio Terei talks to a number of activists, contrarians and opponents. They discuss global politics, their motivations, and how the media can spin and misrepresent the cause. Terei also has a sit-down with the Harawira family, famous for their activism, to talk about Māori political movements and land conflicts.
