Ethnic Cooking invites viewers on a gastronomic journey around the world, featuring traditional and authentic recipes from various cultures. In this episode, presenter Geeling Ng explores the rich and flavorful cuisine of Persia with chef Ojan Khoey. Originally from the city of Mashhad in Iran, Ojan immigrated to New Zealand and opened his own Persian restaurant. Ojan shares his culinary expertise by preparing three classic dishes: Baghali polo ba morgh, a fragrant chicken and rice dish; a decadent chicken, lamb, and apricot pastry; and dhal adas, a spicy lentil creation.
