Without so much as a spare pair of undies, former All Black Frank Bunce tours Egypt. Starting in Cairo, he travels through the country to see desert, dunes, the Nile, and interact with locals. Behind the glistening dunes and incredible ancient history of the country, Bunce finds a disgruntled people controlled by a totalitarian government, breaking under crippling economic pressure. His trip takes a turn for the worse after returning to Cairo, where an uprising against President Hosni Mubarak is in full force. Bunce sees what would become the 2011 Egyptian revolution, which forced Mubarak to resign.
