Iconic Kiwi comedian John Clarke (and his most famous creation, "Fred Dagg") are celebrated in this highly personal documentary made by his daughter Lorin Clarke. This trailer for the feature film touches on his theatre beginnings, political satire and huge rise to fame — as well as teasing snippets of celebrity interviews from the likes of Rhys Darby, Sam Neill and Stephen Fry. With John Clarke beloved both at home and across the ditch (where he lived for much of his career), it is only fitting that the film premiered at the Melbourne International Film Festival, and was followed by a New Zealand International Film Festival run.
